BAKATOVICH The questions of the teaching staff training in PSU are examined. It is shown that in modern conditions the selection of candidates for postgraduate training is conducted through identification of students and masters of the most gifted young people who will be able to join the ranks of scientifists in the future. It is noted that for the successful work on a dissertation paper it is necessary to create certain conditions for prosperous activity between a postgraduate student and a supervisor as well as between postgraduate student and a Head of the Department. The data of enrollment and graduation of postgraduate students and applicants evaluation in the postgraduate school are analyzed. It is shown that young researchers in PSU have necessary conditions for fruitful scientific activity. | ru_RU |
