Abstract

Разглядаецца феномен трансляцыі гісторыка-культурнай спадчыны публічнымі бібліятэкамі Беларусі на прыкладзе шэрагу ўстаноў Віцебскай вобласці. Актуальнасць пытання абумоўлена даследваннем формаў і метадаў працы, прымяненне якіх спрыяе фарміраванню цікавасці да знаёмства і вывучэння гісторыка-культурнай спадчыны краіны. Вынікі сацыялагічнага даследвання падкрэсліваюць неабходнасць дасканалага стаўлення да праблемы. Зроблен акцэнт на інавацыйных метадах прэзентацыі нацыянальнага здабытку. Атрыманыя высновы адлюстроўваюць эфектыўнасць пазіцыянавання спадчыны Беларусі ў дзейнасці сельскіх і гарадскіх публічных бібліятэк.= The article considers the phenomenon of translation's cultural and historical heritage and public libraries of Belarus by the example of several districts of the Vitebsk region. The relevance of the question due to the study forms and methods of work, the use of which contributes to the formation of interest to explore and study historical and cultural heritage of the country. The results of the survey emphasize the need for careful attitude to the problem. Problen emphasis on innovative methods of presentation of the national heritage. The findings reflect the effectiveness of positioning heritage of Belarus in the activities of rural and urban public libraries.
