Развитие бухгалтерского учета, отчетности и анализа минеральных ресурсов

Abstract

Исследуются вопросы учета минеральных ресурсов и затрат на их привлечение в деятельность организаций-недропользователей. Предложены методики учета стоимости минеральных ресурсов и затрат на их разведку и оценку (активов по разведке и оценке). Разработаны рекомендации по совершенствованию бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности на основании предлагаемых автором методик бухгалтерского учета. Разработаны показатели для оценки ресурсного потенциала, позволяющие оценить современное состояние минерально-сырьевой базы и перспективы ее развития.= The problems of accounting for mineral resources and the costs of attracting them to the activities of subsoil users are being investigated. Methods for calculating the cost of mineral resources and the costs of their exploration and evaluation (exploration and evaluation assets) are proposed. The recommendations on the improvement of accounting (financial) statements based on the methods of accounting offered by the author have been developed. Indicators for the assessment of the resource potential have been developed, which make it possible to assess the current state of the mineral resource base and the prospects for its development.
