Оценка инновационной активности в сфере труда Витебской области

Abstract

Обосновывается экономическая категория «инновационная активность в сфере труда», определены критерии и показатели, характеризующие инновационную активность в сфере труда. Выделена проблема отсутствия методик оценки данной экономической категории, проанализированы основные показатели, характеризующие уровень инновационного развития Витебской области в целом и в сфере труда в частности. Разработана методика оценки инновационной активности в сфере труда, на основе которой проведена оценка данной экономической категории, выявлены проблемы и предложены рекомендации по повышению инновационной активности в сфере труда в Витебской области.= In the article is substantiated economic category “innovation activity in the sphere of labor”, criteria are determined and the indices, which characterize innovation activity in the sphere of labor, is isolated the problem of the absence of the procedures of the estimation of this economic category, are analyzed the basic indices, which characterize the level of the innovation development of Vitebsk region generally, and in the sphere of labor – in particular, is developed the procedure of the estimation of innovation activity in the sphere of labor and, on this basis – is carried out the estimation of this economic category in Vitebsk region, problems are revealed and recommendations regarding an increase in the innovation activity in the sphere of labor in Vitebsk region are proposed.
