Abstract

Робіцца аналіз сімвалічнага статуса і рытуальных функцый цукерак у традыцыйнай карціне свету і абрадавых практыках беларусаў другой паловы ХХ – пачатку ХХІ ст. Цукеркі аптымальным чынам увасабляюць ідэю “салодкага жыцця”, што абумовіла іх актыўнае выкарыстанне ў каляндарных і сямейных рытуалах пераходнага тыпу. Адзначаецца, што практычнасць, даступнасць цукерак і іх суаднясенне з феноменам святочнага часу сталі прычынай замяшчэння імі традыцыйных абрадавых страў у азначаны перыяд.= The article is devoted to the analysis of the symbolic status and ritual functions of sweets in the traditional picture of the world and the ritual practices of the Belarusians of the second half of the XXth century and the beginning of the 21st century. Sweets optimally embody the idea of a "sweet life", which led to their active use in calendar and family rituals of a transitional type. Practicality, availability of sweets and their correlation with the phenomenon of festive time have become the reason for the replacement of traditional ritual dishes in this period.
