| Abstract: | Предложен алгоритм численного расчета ионных пучков в совмещенных электростатическом и магнитостатическом полях. Разработаны алгоритмы моделирования ионного потока, основанные на гидродинамическом методе и методе больших частиц.= The algorithm of numerical calculation of the ion beams in combined electrostatic and magnetostatic fields is proposed. Algorithms of simulation of the ion flow based on the hydrodynamic method and the method of large particles are developed. |
