| Abstract: | The problem of investing in the modern period is becoming a complicated process. Foreign investors choose securitization of a different type, unlike investors in post-Soviet countries, which raises certain questions related to the difference in legal and economic systems, a number of investors do not receive legal protection and refuse securitization. |
