С.; Хоробрых, Э. В.; Литвинчук, А. А. Abstract: Рассмотрен опыт формирования и развития «зеленых» инвестиций в ряде зарубежных стран. Определена сущность понятий «инвестиции», «зеленые» инвестиции, их особенности в рациональном природопользовании, направления осуществления с выделением отдельных видов, форм проявления. Освещены этапы развития, формы инвестиций и виды источников «зеленого» инвестирования в рациональное природопользование с учетом конкретных показателей их формирования, целевого назначения и эффекта от «зеленого» инвестирования. На примере ряда стран приведена структура источников формирования «зеленых» инвестиций: экологические платежи, платежи, связанные с ответственностью за ущерб, экологические налоги, субсидии, система торговли правами на загрязнения, залоговая система, обязательства осуществления и др. Представлены теоретические и практические характеристики экологических налоговых инструментов, классификация видов сопряжения источников «зеленых» инвестиций в рациональное природопользование с детализацией.= The article considers the experience of formation and development of “green” investments in a number of foreign countries. The essence of the concepts of “investment”, “green” investments, their features in rational nature management, directions of implementation with the identification of individual species, forms of manifestation is defined. The stages of development, forms of investments and types of sources of “green” investment in rational nature management, taking into account specific indicators of their formation, purpose, and the effect of “green” investment are described in detail. A number of countries show the structure of sources of formation of “green” investments: environmental payments, payments associated with liability for damage, environmental taxes, subsidies, the system of trade in rights for pollution, collateral system, implementation obligations, etc. Theoretical and practical characteristics of environmental tax instruments are presented, classification of the types of conjugation of sources of “green” investment in rational nature management. Б.; Дадашова, К. А. Abstract: Рассматриваются возможности применения мультимодальных перевозок для повышения экономической устойчивости торговой организации в части закупочной деятельности. Дано авторское определение мультимодальных перевозок на основе выделения ключевых обязательных критериев: перевозка груза двумя и более видами транспорта, возложение финансовой и юридической ответственности за перевозку на одного оператора, оформление единого перевозочного документа, транспортировка «от двери до двери», что позволило сформулировать основные принципы организации мультимодальной перевозки. Проанализирована закупочная деятельность конкретной торговой организации ООО «Фрутреал», даны рекомендации по повышению ее экономической устойчивости за счет расширения географии поставок фруктов и овощей с применением мультимодальных перевозок, что позволит снизить затраты на доставку с сохранением качества закупаемых товаров. Предложенные подходы могут быть использованы иными крупными торговыми организациями, стремящимися к устойчивому функционированию в современных рыночных условиях.= This article discusses the possibilities of using multimodal transportation for improving the economic sustainability of the trade organization in terms of procurement. The author defined the concept of multimodal transportation based on identifying of the key mandatory criteria: shipping with two or more modes of transport, imposing financial and legal responsibility on one operator for the transportation, issuing a single shipping document, “door-to-door” transportation. It helped to formulate the basic principles of the organization of multimodal transportation. We analyzed the procurement of the trade organization “Fruitreal LLC” and made recommendations for improving the economic sustainability by expanding the geography of fruit and vegetable supplies using multimodal transportation, what will reduce the delivery costs while keeping quality of the purchased goods. The approaches proposed in the article can be used by other large trade organizations what are striving for sustainable functioning in the current market conditions.
