| dc.description.abstract | Проведен социально-экономический анализ категории «рынок труда». Определены границы рынка труда и определяющие его факторы, выявлен состав субъектов рынка труда. Обозначен механизм функционирования. Рассмотрены подходы зарубежных авторов к пониманию дефиниции «рынок труда». Систематизированы и обобщены показатели, характеризующие занятость на рынке труда. Рассмотрены факторы, оказывающие влияние на повышение эффективности развития производства. Выявлен главный оценочный показатель деятельности предприятия. Дано обоснование проблемы эффективной занятости на рынке труда в современных условиях. Сделаны обобщения относительно категории «рынок труда», «заработная плата».
