| dc.description.abstract | Дано определение понятия «аутсорсинг», уточнено отличие аутсорсинга от других видов услуг сервиса и поддержки. Выявлены в соответствии с мировой практикой логистики и управления цепями поставок перспективные тенденции, оказывающие влияние на стратегию внедрения организацией аутсорсинга в свой бизнес. Обозначена специфическая терминология, применяемая в логистическом бизнесе для определения компетенции логистических провайдеров как организации, выполняющей аутсорсинговые функции. Для лучшего понимания аутсорсинга выявлен общепринятый классификатор определения компетенций логистического провайдера. Показан алгоритм принятия правильного и обоснованного решения об аутсорсинге. С помощью аутсорсинга организация может совершенствовать структуру управления своей деятельностью, снижать совокупные затраты, увеличивать прибыль при одновременном обеспечении эффективности управления возможными рисками, вызванными именно внедрением аутсорсинга. | ru_RU |
