Рассматриваются вопросы понятия и содержания принципов права, их связь с сущностью права, способность исторически развиваться. Особое внимание уделяется классификациям принципов права, их отличию от аксиом, правовых норм, правовых презумпций, возможности их прямого и косвенного закрепления в законодательстве.
