| dc.description.abstract | Рассматриваются отдельные аспекты измерения эффективности права. Анализируется пробле-ма качественного измерения эффективности права. Подвергается переосмыслению методика измере-ния эффективности права, в частности предлагается при измерении эффективности права применять комплексный подход, сочетающий в себе количественные и качественные методы познания. В контек-сте анализируемых вопросов обращается внимание на соотношение методологии, метода и методики. Показано, что применительно к измерению эффективности права целесообразно использовать термин «методика». Анализируется методика фокусированного группового интервью как одна из методик ка-чественного измерения социальной эффективности права. Даются практические рекомендации по про-ведению фокусированных групповых интервью. В качестве средства анализа данных, полученных в ходе фокусированных групповых интервью, предлагается применять методику экспертных оценок. | ru_RU |
