| dc.description.abstract | Анализируются процессы разработки механизмов взаимоотношений советских республик на завершающем этапе существования СССР. Дается анализ межгосударственных отношений в СССР на государственно-правовом уровне, охватывающем отношения между союзным центром и союзными республиками. Рассматриваются попытки руководства страны сохранить союз путем разработки и подписания между центром и республиками нового союзного договора, указываются причины, не позволившие реализовать намеченные планы. Доказывается, что распад СССР на национальные государства в рамках союзных республик подтвердил стремление к их самостоятельному национальному развитию. Исследуется содержание переговоров глав трех бывших советских республик: Украины, России, Белоруссии; характеризуется правовое значение решений, принятых в связи с ликвидацией СССР как единого государства. | ru_RU |
