| dc.description.abstract | На основе представлений о правовой природе правоотношений, реализуемых в сфере ядерной энер-гетики, предпринята попытка теоретического обоснования структурирования норм права, регулирую-щих различные виды ядерной деятельности. Предлагаются дефиниции, относящиеся к предмету и ме-тоду атомного права, в том числе определяются и характеризуются предмет и методы атомного пра-ва Республики Беларусь. Дается характеристика методов атомного права Беларуси, основное внимание акцентируется на идентификации элементов, образующих систему атомного права Республики Беларусь. Предлагается теоретическая основа структурирования норм права на отрасль, подотрасли и институ-ты. Применительно к теме исследования рассматриваются отдельные аспекты кодификации, а также иностранный правовой опыт. На основе проведенного исследования делаются выводы о необходимости структурирования норм права, направленных на регулирование различных видов ядерной деятельности. | ru_RU |
