| dc.description.abstract | Анализируются объективные и субъективные элементы и их признаки состава преступления, предусмотренного статьей 284 Уголовного кодекса Республики Беларусь. Согласно бланкетной диспозиции указанной статьей криминализируется нарушение ветеринарных или зоотехнических правил, повлекшее по неосторожности распространение заразных болезней животных либо причинение ущерба в крупном размере. Следовательно, пределы ответственности за деяния, сопряжённые с трансмиссией заразных болезней животных, установлены одной-единственной нормой. Отмечается необходимость разработки адекватной и эффективной системы уголовно-правовых норм, предусматривающих ответственность за деяния, сопряжённые с трансмиссией заразных болезней животных. | ru_RU |
