But in market conditions high tariffs for thermal energy can lead to refusal consumers of services the state power enterprises and building own thermal sources that causes increase in fuel consumption at manufacture of electric energy. in the present article the operating technique of distribution expenses fuel on manufacture of electric energy and holiday of heat from thermal power station is analyzed, variants of its perfection are considered.
