Экологическое образование в физическом воспитании студентов вузов

Abstract

В статье описывается авторская разработка экологического подхода к физическому воспитанию студентов вузов, обучающихся в неблагоприятных условиях загазованного атмосферного воздуха, который связан с активно развивающимися различными системами экологического мониторинга. Такой мониторинг обеспечивал бы выявление маркеров экологического неблагополучия и отражающего влияние различных загрязнений окружающей среды на состояние здоровья человека и может служить основой для разработки региональных оздоровительных программ.= Relevance of the conducted research consists in its orientation on the solution of search of regularities of interrelation of the problem of protection, recovery of health and ecological education of students in the course of physical training for the purpose of mastering the technique of increase of resistance of the organism to influence of the harmful factors of the surrounding air environment caused by waste chemical and other types of industrial production as a result of use of means of physical culture. In article there is an author's development of the ecological approach to physical training of the students of the higher education institutions, which are trained, in adverse conditions of gas-polluted atmospheric air that is connected with the actively developing various systems of environmental monitoring. Such monitoring would provide identification of the markers of ecological trouble and the reflecting influence of various environmental pollution on the person state of health and it can form a basis for development of the regional health-improving programs.
