Особенности методики проведения занятий по физическому воспитанию студентов в экологически неблагоприятной среде

Abstract

В процессе педагогического эксперимента, путем сравнения выявлялись определенные зависимости в степени эффективности различных методов и методических приемов физического воспитания. Выявлено, что проведение занятий по физическому воспитанию без учета экологической обстановки в местах занятий не дает планируемого оздоровительного эффекта, а «искусственно созданные» благоприятные экологические условия способствовали повышению уровня физической подготовленности студентов технических вузов. Определено, что одним из специфических принципов физического воспитания в экологически неблагоприятной среде является принцип соответствия выбираемых средств и методики проведения занятий физическими упражнениями уровню загрязнения окружающей среды на спортивных сооружениях. = For the purpose of the scientific study of the educational process effectiveness for the physical education students of technical universities, taking into account the environmental conditions the pedagogical experiment has been carried out, being characterized by the deliberate creation of the favorable environmental conditions for the physical exercises with the students in the experimental group. In the pedagogical experiment there were found by comparing the certain dependence in the degree of efficiency of various methods and methodological approaches of physical education. The author found that the holding of the physical education classes when excluding the environmental situation in places of the planned activities does not provide the health effect and the "artificially created" favorable environmental conditions helped to raise the level of the physical fitness of the technical universities students. It has been determined that the specific features of the physical education in the environmentally adverse environment is the principle of the appropriateness of the means and methods of conducting the physical exercises to the level of environmental pollution in sports facilities.
