Abstract

На основе анализа законодательства, регулирующего вопросы обеспечения безопасности объектов использования атомной энергии в Республике Беларусь, предлагаются направления по совершенствованию законодательства в области обеспечения безопасности объектов использования атомной энергии.= The article analyzes the theoretical aspects of the emergence of energy law, legal acts governing the safe operation of nuclear facilities in Belarus. On the basis of analysis the most acute and unresolved legal issues in the field of nuclear energy are revealed. A system of coordinating state agencies in the field of safety of nuclear facilities in the Republic of Belarus, their functions and powers are analyzed. The attention is paid to the role of the operating organization on the issue of safe operation of nuclear facilities. Based on analysis of legislation on the safety of nuclear facilities in the Republic of Belarus directions on improvement of legislation in the field of safety of nuclear facilities are offered.
