Канцэпцыя дзяржаўна-палітычнага ўладкавання ў творах Андрэя Волана

Abstract

Разглядаецца праблема дзяржаўна-палітычнага ўладкавання ў творах выбітнага прадстаўніка грамадска-палітычнай думкі Вялікага Княства Літоўскага XVI ст. Андрэя Волана. Разгледжана гістарыяграфія праблемы, вызначаны яе асноўныя дасягненні і недахопы. Выяўлена сувязь ідэй А. Волана з тэарэтычна-катэгарыяльнай сістэмай, выпрацаванай у еўрапейскай грамадска-палітычнай думцы эпохі Рэнесансу.= The problem of state-political system in the works of the outstanding representative of social and political thought of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania XVI century Andrew Volan is considered. The historiography of the problem is examined. Its main achievements and shortcomings are identified. The connection of A. Volan’s ideas with the theoretically-categorical system elaborated in the European social and political thought of the Renaissance is revealed. It is noted that in the A. Volan’s works the concept of the state and law as a condition of civil liberties, the concept of caste division of society with recognition of the relative formal legal equality of representatives of all the states, the concept of nobility, accentuated the moral and intellectual maxims are placed.
