Социально-демографические проблемы старения населения Китая

Abstract

Исследуется процесс старения населения в мире и в Китайской Народной Республике. Рассмотрены факторы, влияющие на старение населения как в мировом масштабе, так и в конкретной стране, в частности в Китае. Анализ демографической ситуации этой самой крупной по численности страны мира показал, что численность населения Китая постоянно растет, а демографическая ситуация меняется, с одной стороны, под воздействием мировых процессов демографического перехода к низкой рождаемости и невысокой смертности населения, а с другой – под влиянием принятой государственной политики регулирования демографических процессов в Китае. Сделан вывод, что данная политика привела к перекосу половозрастной структуры населения – возрастная структура населения представляет серьезную проблему, так как общество Китая уже вступило в стадию быстрого старения населения, снижения доли трудоспособного населения и, как следствие, роста нагрузки на трудоспособное население. Показано, что процесс старения населения в разных регионах страны происходит разными темпами.= In this article are described process of aging of the population in the world and in People’s Republic of China. The factors influencing aging of the population as on a global scale, and in China are studied. The analysis of a demographic situation of the largest country of the world on number is offered. It is shown that population of China constantly grows, and the demographic situation changes on the one hand as a result of world processes of demographic transition to low birth rate and low mortality of the population and, with another under the influence of the accepted state policy of regulation of demographic processes in China. In particular, policy of planning of a family and control of birth rate which led to a serious distortion of gender and age structure of the population. It is shown that. the age structure of the population represents a serious problem as society of China already entered a stage of fast aging of the population, decrease in a share of able-bodied population and, as a result, growth of load of able-bodied population of the country. It is shown that process of aging of the population happens different rates in different regions of the country.
