Индикаторы ресурсов инновационной деятельности: возможности и проблемы сопоставления стран ЕС и Беларуси

Abstract

Исследуются инновации как результат множества взаимодействий между сообществом экономических агентов, которые в совокупности описываются понятием национальной инновационной системы. Рассматриваются индикаторы ресурсов инновационной деятельности: возможности и проблемы сопоставления стран ЕС и Республики Беларусь. Исследование показало необходимость совершенствования методологии статистического отражения инновационных процессов. Интеграция Беларуси в мировое экономическое пространство требует формирования адекватного мировым тенденциям анализа инноваций. Необходимо использовать возможности «Восточного партнерства» для заключения договора технической помощи и содействия созданию современной системы индикаторов науки и инноваций в Беларуси, что позволит расширить участие страны в международных рейтингах инноваций и конкурентоспособности. = The innovations are being investigated as a result of numerous interactions between the community of economic agents who are described by the notion of the national innovative system. The indicators of the resources of the innovative activity are touched upon: the possibilities and problems of the comparison of the EU countries and the Republic of Belarus. The research reflected the necessity of enhancing of the methodology of the statistical reflection of the innovative processes. The integration of the Republic of Belarus into the international economic community demands the analysis of innovations that meets the world standards. It is necessary to use the opportunities of the “Eastern Partnership” for the treatment of technical assistance and contribution to the creation of a modern system of Belorussian science and innovations indicators. That will give our country the opportunity to take part in the international innovations and competition ratings.
