Тактика допроса потерпевших по уголовным делам о сексуальном насилии

Abstract

С позиций криминалистической тактики рассматривается проблема допроса потерпевших по делам о преступлениях, связанных с сексуальным насилием. На основе анализа и обобщения литературных источников и эмпирических материалов анализируются отличительные черты тактики проведения=In the article from the perspective of criminalistic tactics examines the problem of interrogation of victims in cases of crimes related to sexual violence. Based on the analysis and synthesis of literary sources and empirical materials, the distinctive features of the tactics of interrogation of victims of sexual violence from the tactics of interrogation of other categories of victims are analyzed. On this basis, the specifics of the preparation, conduct and recording of the progress and results of interrogation are disclosed. Tactical recommendations are given to the investigator (operational officer) in choosing the time, place and experience of the call for interrogation; determination of the need for specialist participation; the establishment of psychological contact with the interrogated; conducting stages of free narration and posing questions; summing up the results of interrogation.
