Адаптивность предприятий на основе интеллектуального потенциала

Abstract

Даны определения интеллектуального капитала и интеллектуального потенциала, рассмотрены подходы к определению структуры интеллектуального потенциала предприятия, представлены основные направления влияния интеллектуального потенциала предприятия на его способность к адаптации к внешним и внутренним изменениям на основе выполнения показателей стратегии. Приведены факторы и показатели выполнения стратегии. Отмечена важность гармоничного развития элементов интеллектуального потенциала и интеллектуального капитала предприятия для сохранения устойчивости его деятельности и повышения конкурентоспособности на рынке.=The definitions of intellectual capital and intellectual potential are given, approaches to determining the structure of the intellectual potential of the enterprise are considered, the main directions of the influence of the intellectual potential of the enterprise on its ability to adapt to external and internal changes based on the implementation of the strategy indicators are presented. Factors and indicators of the strategy implementation are given. The importance of harmonious development of the intellectual potential and intellectual capital of the enterprise for maintaining the stability of its activities and increasing competitiveness in the market was noted.
