Abstract

Артыкул прысвечаны аналізу ўмоў рэалізацыі рэформ дзяржаўнага ладу Рэчы Паспалітай на канвакацыйным сойме 1764 года. Разгледжаны абставіны, якія аказалі вялікі ўплыў на прыняцце рэфарматарскай праграмы. Выяўлены прычыны неэфектыўнасці рэфарматарскага руху ў Рэчы Паспалітай у 60-я гады XVIII стагоддзя. Разгледжана практыка дзейнасці новых дзяржаўных устаноў і зроблены высновы аб эфектыўнасці заканадаўчага рэгулявання новых кірункаў дзяржаўнага кіравання.= This article analyzes the implementation of the conditions of the state system reform Rzeczpospolita on konvokatsionnom Diet 1764.
