Стрессоустойчивость как профессионально значимое качество работников медицинской судебной экспертизы

Abstract

Представлены результаты исследования по изучению связей показателей стрессоустойчивости и успешности в трудовой деятельности на примере специалистов медицинской судебной экспертизы. Полученные результаты могут быть применены для профессионального отбора в силовые структуры, медицинские и другие учреждения, предъявляющие высокие требования к показателю стрессоустойчивости.= Currently, there are many professions with a high level of stress. The work of forensic medic is one of the most stressful. A lot of stressful situations faced by forensic doctors in the process of labor activity are established. The success in the professional activity of a medical forensic expert directly depends on many psychological factors, including stress resistance. To learn how to overcome complex situations, presented in forensic medicine, an expert must know the specifics of the harmfulness of his profession. In this article, we present the results of a study on the study of the links between stress-resistance indicators and success in work activity, using the example of medical forensic experts. The results obtained can be used for professional selection in law enforcement agencies, medical and other institutions that impose high demands on the indicator of stress resistance.
