| dc.description.abstract | В статье анализируется уровень преступности в сфере здравоохранения в Республике Беларусь в 2018-2019 гг. В частности, рассматриваются наиболее частые правонарушения коррупционной направленности (выдача листков временной нетрудоспособности, получение взятки в особо крупном размере и др.). Автор раскрывает взаимосвязь совершения коррупционных правонарушений (преступлений) и существенного нарушения конституционных прав граждан. Акцентируется внимание на правовых аспектах трансплантации органов в Республике Беларусь, высказываются идеи о совершенствовании законодательства в данной сфере.=Тhe article analyzes the level of crime in the field of healthcare in the Republic of Belarus in 2018-2019. In particular, the most frequent corruption-related offenses (issuing temporary disability sheets, receiving bribes on an especially large scale, etc.) are considered. The author reveals the relationship between the commission of corruption offenses (crimes) and a significant violation of constitutional rights of citizens. Attention is focused on the legal aspects of organ transplantation in the Republic of Belarus, ideas are expressed on improving legislation in this area. | ru_RU |
