Совершенствование системы управления мультимодальными перевозками в международных цепях поставок товаров торговой организации

Abstract

Дана характеристика мультимодальных перевозок и описаны этапы их организации в международных цепях поставок для осуществления транспортировки товаров с высоким качеством перевозки за короткое время с минимальными затратами в соответствии с методами и принципами логистики. Изложены результаты анализа системы управления транспортом в торговой организации в международных цепях поставок с использованием мультимодальных грузоперевозок, приведены действительные данные о географии рынков закупок. Более подробно описана система управления мультимодальными грузоперевозками в международной цепи поставок конкретного товара. Выявлены недостатки в результате анализа системы управления мультимодальными грузоперевозками в международных цепях поставок товаров торговой организации, предложены экономически и научно обоснованные пути их устранения.= The characteristic of multimodal transportation is given and the stages of their organization in international supply chains for the transportation of goods with high quality transportation in a short time with minimal costs in accordance with the methods and principles of logistics are described. The results of the analysis of the transport management system in a trade organization in international supply chains using multimodal cargo transportation are presented, given the actual data about the geography of procurement markets. The management system for multimodal cargo transportation in the international supply chain of a specific product is described in more detail. Disadvantages were identified as a result of the analysis of the management system for multimodal cargo transportation in the international supply chains of goods of a trade organization, economically and scientifically justified ways of their elimination were proposed to improve the management of multimodal cargo transportation, as well as to improve the management efficiency of its structural divisions to ensure its profitability, competitiveness and additional profits from foreign trade activities.
