The paper examines the relationship between value and life-meaning orientations as well as of motivation for the affiliation of modern students with pedagogical technologies of educational activities. The following pedagogical technologies are considered: the technology of problem-based learning, multilevel learning, game technologies, the project method, learning technologies in collaboration, information and communication technologies in learning. The relationship between students' value orientations and their preferred learning organization technologies has been studied. It was revealed that students with dominant internal values prefer practice-oriented approaches and technologies in teaching. Students with a predominant locus of self-control prefer collaborative learning technology. Students with a high degree of "affiliation motivation" prefer communicative learning technologies associated with teamwork and active communication with peers. The study of personal characteristics and values of students allows organizing more efficient educational activities using new pedagogical technologies.ru_RU
