Современные методы улавливания углеводородов при хранении и транспортировке

Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с причинами потерь нефтепродуктов, даны характеристики и оценки потерь, подробно описаны способы их сокращения и мероприятия по их снижению. Анализируются методы сокращения потерь нефтепродуктов при транспортировке, хранении и отгрузке. Представлен алгоритм расчета потерь от «больших» и «малых» дыханий резервуара и предложен оптимальный способ улавливания и рекуперации углеводородов при наливе цистерн.= In this work, the main attention is paid to issues related to the causes of losses of petroleum products, their characteristics are given, and measures to reduce losses of petroleum products and the solution of this problem are described in detail. The purpose of this work is to consider and describe methods for reducing the loss of petroleum products during transportation, storage and shipment. The analysis of all possible losses of oil products and analysis of ways to reduce these losses are carried out Also, the paper provides an algorithm for calculating losses from “large” and “small” breathing of the reservoir and an optimal method for recuperating hydrocarbons when loading tanks. Methods for reducing losses of oil products during transportation, storage and shipment are considered and described, an optimal method for capturing and recovering hydrocarbons is proposed.
