Национальный вопрос в идеологии и тактике народных социалистов и трудовиков в 1906–1917 гг. (на примере Беларуси)

Abstract

Рассматривается участие общероссийских неонароднических организаций начала ХХ века – Народно-социалистической партии и Трудовой группы – в решении национального вопроса. Дана характеристика содержания предлагаемых ими проектов государственного переустройства России. Подчеркивается, что народные социалисты и трудовики являлись сторонниками проекта федерализации и принципиальных расхождений по решению национального вопроса до весны 1917 г. не имели. В статье показана эволюция взглядов трудовиков после событий февраля 1917 г. в сторону признания права наций на самоопределение, вплоть до отделения, которая осложнила процесс слияния двух партий в Трудовую народно-социалистическую партию (ТНСП). Освещено участие представителей от белорусских губерний в попытке практической реализации программных установок народных социалистов и трудовиков до и после их объединения в единую партию. Показана роль региональных функционеров ТНСП в решении проблемы государственного устройства Беларуси после прихода к власти большевиков, выразившейся в активной работе отдельных членов партии по формированию организационных и программных основ деятельности Белорусского областного комитета, разработке проекта автономии Беларуси в составе Российской федеративной республики, созыве I Всебелорусского съезда.= The article considers the participation of all-Russian neo-national organizations of the early twentieth century – the People's Socialist Party and the Labor Group - in solving the national question. The characteristic of the content of the projects of state reconstruction of Russia proposed by them is given. It is emphasized that the People's Socialists and Trudoviks were supporters of the federalization project and had no fundamental differences on the solution of the national question until the spring of 1917. The article shows the evolution of the views of the Trudoviks after the events of February 1917. towards the recognition of the right of nations to self-determination, up to secession, which complicated the process of merging the two parties into the Labor People's Socialist Party (TNSP). The participation of representatives from the Belarusian provinces in the attempt to implement the program guidelines of the People's Socialists and Trudoviks before and after their unification into a single party is highlighted. The role of the regional functionaries of the TNSP in solving the problem of the state structure of Belarus after the Bolsheviks came to power is shown, which was expressed in the active work of individual members of the party on the formation of organizational and program bases for the activities of the Belarusian Regional Committee, the development of a project for the autonomy of Belarus as part of the Russian Federal Republic, the convocation of the First All-Belarusian Congress.
