Abstract

Improving the efficiency and quality of electron-beam surface treatment of materials is one of the important issues in the process of developing technological equipment. To solve this problem, it is proposed to use electronbeam assistance, which implies alternating or simultaneous exposure to beams of charged particles of both types on the treated surface. In this paper, we consider a method capable of providing such an impact.
