dc.description.abstract	Анализируются основные подходы к содержанию понятия «доступ к правосудию» в контексте гласности судопроизводства и реализации права на судебную защиту. Выделяются и раскрываются соответствующие гарантии такого доступа. Делается вывод о целесообразности закрепления принципа обеспечения доступа к правосудию в качестве отраслевого принципа в законодательстве Республики Беларусь и важнейшей гарантии реализации права каждого на судебную защиту = The article analyzes the main approaches to the concept of «access to justice» in the context of openness of court proceedings and the right to judicial protection. Stand out and disclose the relevant guarantee such access.
