Роль и правовое положение единоличных и коллегиальных постояннодействующих органов парламента Беларуси

Abstract

Осуществлен сравнительный анализ роли и правового положения единоличных и коллегиальных постояннодействующих органов Парламента Беларуси. Определены перспективы дальнейшего развития данной системы парламентских органов Беларуси с учетом возможной частичной апробации положительного опыта зарубежных государств в исследуемой сфере.= A comparative analysis of the role and legal situation of the sole and collegial permanent bodies of the Parliament of Belarus has been carried out. Prospects for the further development of this system of parliamentary bodies of Belarus have been determined, taking into account the possible partial testing of the positive experience of foreign countries in the area under study.
