| dc.description.abstract | Проводится анализ содержательных признаков понятия «международное сотрудничество в области обеспечения безопасности использования атомной энергии в мирных целях», для чего рассматриваются доктринальные подходы к определению уровней и форм международного сотрудничества, устанавливается предметное содержания правового обеспечения данной деятельности, а также особенности институционального и неинституционального уровней международного взаимодействия. Авторами представлены результаты исследования внутренней взаимосвязи действующих международных документов в области обеспечения безопасности использования в мирных целях атомной энергии. Приводится характеристика мер, направленных на устранения угрозы безопасности использования атомной энергии, возникающей в силу действия антропогенного фактора. Раскрывается содержание используемых правовых инструментов как на глобальном, так и региональном уровнях для установления эффективных форм взаимодействия государств в рассматриваемой области. | ru_RU |

For this purpose the doctrinal approaches to the definition of levels and forms of international cooperation are considered and the substantive content of the legal support of this activity is established, as well as the peculiarities of institutional and non-institutional levels of international cooperation is established. The authors present the results of the study of internal interrelation of the acting international documents in the field of ensuring safety of the peaceful uses of atomic energy. The article characterizes the measures aimed at eliminating the threat to the safety of the use of atomic energy arising due to the anthropogenic factor.
