| dc.description.abstract | Анализируются административно-предупредительные меры как разновидность в системе мер административного принуждения применительно к сфере противодействия недобросовестной конкуренции. На основе анализа деятельности антимонопольного органа в Республике Беларусь автор приходит к выводу, что выдача предостережений о недопустимости нарушения антимонопольного законодательства (в т.ч. недобросовестной конкуренции) является административно-предупредительной мерой. Однако недостаточное правовое регулирование, направленное на обеспечение выполнения предостережений, не позволяет эффективно реализовать данный механизм на практике, в связи с чем в статье обоснованы предложения по совершенствованию законодательства, регулирующего рассматриваемые отношения. | ru_RU |

| dc.description.alternative | The article analyzes administrative preventive measures as a variety in the system of measures of administrative coercion in relation to the sphere of combating unfair competition. Based on the analysis of the activities of the antimonopoly authority in the Republic of Belarus, the author comes to the conclusion that issuing warnings about the inadmissibility of violating the antimonopoly law (including unfair competition) is an administrative preventive measure. However, insufficient legal regulation aimed at ensuring the implementation of warnings does not allow to effectively implement this mechanism in practice, in connection with which the article substantiates proposals for improving the legislation governing the relations in question | ru_RU |
