dc.description.abstractВ статье рассматриваются подходы к правовой охране биотехнологических изобретений на примере стран-участниц ЕАЭС, стран-членов ЕС, США и Австралии. В рамках исследования были рассмотрены судебные практики и выявлены основные тенденции в области правовой охраны биотехнологических изобретений. В статье акцентировано внимание на подходы к определению промышленной применимости, изобретательского уровня и новизны в ранее перечисленных государствах. Рассмотрены и проанализированы основные правовые акты соответствующих государств по правовой охране изобретений. На основании проведенного исследования были выявлены основные тенденции и особенности правовой охраны биотехнологических изобретений за рубежом.ru_RU
