| dc.description.abstract | Поднимается проблемный вопрос, связанный с осмыслением и переосмыслением конституционных ценностей в условиях эпохи цифровизации. Отмечаются факторы, влияющие на изменение в государстве ценностного уклада, и масштабы поднятой проблемы. Показывается, какое значение конституционные ценности имеют с юридической точки зрения. Рассматриваются примеры ценностей из Конституции и актов конституционного правосудия. Предлагается рассматривать новые цифровые конституционные ценности. В обоснование приводятся международно-правовые документы, а также правотворческая и правоприменительная национальная и зарубежная практика. На юридических казусах и статистических данных доказывается реализация конституционных ценностей в виртуальной сфере. | ru_RU |

| dc.description.alternative | A problematic issue is raised related to the comprehension and rethinking of constitutional values in the conditions of the era of digitalization. The factors influencing the change in the value structure in the state and the scale of the problem raised are noted. It shows the importance of constitutional values from a legal point of view. Examples of values from the constitution and acts of constitutional justice are considered. It is proposed to consider new digital constitutional values. The justification is provided by international legal documents, as well as law-making and law enforcement national and foreign practice.
