| dc.description.abstract | На современном этапе развития общественных отношений и повсеместном внедрении информационных технологий все чаще используется новая терминология: «цифровое государство», «информационный суверенитет», «электронное правительство» и т.д. Международные организации формируют рейтинги государств по развитию электронного правительства, аккумулируют статистику в области использования населением информационных технологий в повседневной жизни. Цель данного исследования – рассмотреть понятие и признаки цифрового государства с учетом происходящих процессов цифровизации всех сфер общественной жизни, отталкиваясь от понимания цифрового государства как вектора развития современных государств, в котором экономика, право, политика приобретают цифровой формат, а все услуги в государстве оказываются при помощи информационных технологий. | ru_RU |
