dc.description.abstractРассматриваются подходы законодателей государств-участников СНГ в вопросах противодействия посягательствам на отношения, обеспечивающие охрану жизни и здоровья населения при производстве и обороте продукции, уголовно-правовыми средствами. Автором проводится сравнительно-правовой анализ соответствующих положений уголовного законодательства Республики Беларусь с другими странами, входящими в состав СНГ, в целях выявления сходств и различий. На основании проведенного анализа рассматривается возможность использования зарубежного опыта для совершенствования законодательства Республики Беларусь.ru_RU

The author conducts a comparative legal analysis of the relevant provisions of the criminal legislation of the Republic of Belarus with other CIS countries in order to identify similarities and differences. Based on the analysis, the possibility of borrowing the provisions of foreign legislation in order to improve the legislation of the Republic of Belarus is considered.ru_RU
