| dc.description.abstract | Наукоемкие организации, обладающие передовыми технологиями и высоким научно-техническим потенциалом, призваны играть особую стратегическую роль в обеспечении нового качества и темпов развития экономики страны. Основой развития инновационной восприимчивости в наукоемкой сфере является существующий научно-технический комплекс, представляющий собой совокупность организаций, осуществляющих научную, техническую и образовательную деятельность, и технологический комплекс, представленный действующими производственными организациями. Инновационный потенциал организаций является решающим фактором определяющими направление и интенсивность развития инновационной составляющей научно-технического предпринимательства. В связи с этим встает вопрос о выборе наиболее эффективного инструментария диагностики уровня инновационного потенциала организации на заданный момент и оценка его динамики в целях дальнейшего развития, позволяющая оперативно определить внутренние возможности, выявить резервы развития организации в целях повышения её инвестиционной привлекательности и рыночной стоимости. | ru_RU |
