dc.description.abstract | This article highlights the most important innovations in the field of application of Artificial Intelligence to law, such as copyright, intellectual property and other sectors. In this context, particular attention is paid to the proposal for harmonized regulation within the European Union that proposes standard rules to be shared with the various private operators in the specific field. An in-depth analysis is made of the Dabus case that has raised the question of whether or not the creation of an artificial intelligence system can be patented. The question was decided negatively by the European patent authority and also in other legal systems such as America, England, China and others that followed the same approach unlike Australia and South Africa. Finally, the most important innovations in the sector are analyzed after the introduction of the European laws Digital Service Act (DSA) and Digital Market Act (DMA). | ru_RU |
