| Abstract: | The article analyzes the artistic peculiarities of the novel УThree SoldiersФ (1921) by John Dos Passos. The novel depicts scaring life of three soldiers involved in war. The author believes that to show absurdity and inanity of war some special methods are necessary. Particular attention in this article is given to the methods by means of which military reality in the novel is depicted. |
