| Abstract: | Normative and doctrinal implementation of the principle of good faith in the civil law of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus is examined. The peculiarities of performance of this principle in relation to obligations associated with the rendering of services in health tourism in Belarus are studied. Some conclusions about the need to fix the principle of good faith in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Tourism" are made and substantiated. |
