dc.description.abstractВ статье приведены результаты анализа трансформации территорий, являющихся приграничными к границам административно-территориальных единиц. Сделаны выводы о необходимости своевременного учета происходящих изменений элементов природно-экологического каркаса, а также видов земель, активно трансформирующихся под воздействием антропогенных факторов. Предложена автоматизация распознавания контуров земель приграничных территорий средствами геоинформационных систем. Предложена количественная оценка изменений объектов природной среды приграничных территорий, на основе которой сделаны выводы о необходимости уменьшения временного интервала корректировки пространственного положения границ административно-территориальных единиц.ru_RU

local.description.annotationThe article presents the results of the analysis of changes in territories that are bordering to the boundaries of administrative-territorial units. Conclusions are drawn about the need to timely take into account the ongoing changes in the elements of the natural and ecological framework, as well as types of land that are actively transforming under the influence of anthropogenic factors. The automation of land contour recognition in border areas by means of geographic information systems is proposed. A quantitative assessment of changes in the natural environment objects of border areas is proposed, on the basis of which conclusions are drawn about the need to reduce the interval for adjusting the spatial position of the boundaries of administrative-territorial units.ru_RU
