The objective impossibility of the complete translation of the collection on account of skaldic poetry peculiarities and immensely rich synonymous series of Old Icelandic is proved. Much attention is paid to the problem of adequate translation of the wordplay of the original text built on homonymy into the Belarusian language.ru_RU
