| dc.description.abstract | На примере Россонского района Витебской области рассмотрены отдельные вопросы начального пери-ода Великой Отечественной войны. Эти вопросы в первую очередь связаны с переводом армии и флота со штатов мирного времени на штаты военного времени. В научный оборот вводится Дело с именными списками военнообязанных запаса, направленных со сборного пункта Россонского райвоенкомата в войсковые части в июне – июле 1941 г. (24 июня – 28 июля 1941 г.). Анализ его содержания позволяет частично вскрыть алгоритм действия военных комиссариатов по распределению мобилизационных ресурсов, приписанных к заранее определенным еще в мирное время военным округам, соединениям, воинским частям и учреждениям. | ru_RU |

| local.description.annotation | Some issues of the initial period of the Great Patriotic war are considered by the example of Rossony district, Vitebsk region. These issues are mostly related to the transfer of the army and navy from peacetime mode to wartime one. The case with the list of persons liable for military service in reserve sent from the assembly station of Rossony district military registration office to the army units in June 24 – July 28 1941 has been introduced for scientific usage. The analysis of its content can partly reveal the operational algorithm of the military commissariats in allocation of the mobilization resources assigned to the military districts, formations, military units and institutions which had been predetermined in the peacetime. | ru_RU |
