| dc.description.abstract | Исследование направлено на решение проблемы регулирования системы оплаты труда профессиональных спортсменов в игровых видах спорта. Отмечено, что рассматриваемая предметная область исследований в мировой экономической науке на сегодняшний день получила лишь незначительное освещение. Выделены целевые индикаторы игровой деятельности профессиональных спортсменов, оказывающие непосредственное влияние на эффективность производственной деятельности профессионального спортивного клуба. Построена авторская экономикоматематическая модель для расчета бонусных выплат игрокам в индустрии профессионального спорта Республики Беларусь, которая легла в основу разработки методики бонусной системы оплаты труда профессиональных спортсменов в игровых видах спорта. Проведена апробация предложенной автором методики на футбольном клубе «Шахтер» г. Солигорска для подтверждения результативности её применения в разных вариациях на предмет соответствия реальным рыночным условиям. Результаты показали эффективность применения разработанной методики. | ru_RU |

| local.description.annotation | The research is aimed at solving the problem of regulating the remuneration system of professional athletes in game sports. It is noted that the considered subject area of research in the world economic science has received only minor coverage to date. The target indicators of the gaming activity of professional athletes, which have a direct impact on the efficiency of the production activity of a professional sports club, are highlighted. The author's economic and mathematical model for calculating bonus payments to players in the professional sports industry of the Republic of Belarus has been constructed, which formed the basis for the development of a method for the bonus system of wages of professional athletes in game sports. The approbation of the method proposed by the author at the "Shakhtar" football club in Soligorsk was carried out to confirm the effectiveness of its application in different variations for compliance with real market conditions and showed the effectiveness of the developed method. | ru_RU |
