dc.description.abstract	Дается анализ теории власти Никласа Лумана. Власть он рассматривает как жизненный центр любой политической системы, как важное средство коммуникации в обществе. В связи с этим выделяется идея обез- личенности власти, ее деперсонализации, что связано с природой коммуникации, цементирующей обществен- ную систему. Однако в условиях поздней современности происходит трансформация коммуникативной природы власти, поскольку сама коммуникация изменяется в условиях цифровизации культуры.	ru_RU

In this connection, the idea of power's impersonality, its depersonalisation is highlighted, which is connected with the nature of communication that cements the social system.
