| dc.description.abstract | Проанализированы положения правовых актов Республики Беларусь о трансплантации органов и тканей. Обозначена роль правового регулирования правоотношений в области трансплантации органов и тканей, необходимость совершенствования правового регулирования института трансплантации органов и тканей. Акцентировано внимание на круг лиц, которые могут быть донорами, подчёркнута важность закрепления их прав и обязанностей. Разработаны и предложены рекомендации по совершенствованию правового регулирования рассматриваемых отношений: расширение круга живых доноров, совершенствование информирования граждан о презумпции согласия на изъятие органа после смерти для трансплантации. | ru_RU |

| local.description.annotation | The provisions of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus on organ and tissue transplantation are analyzed. The role of legal regulation of legal relations in the field of organ and tissue transplantation and the need to improve the legal regulation of the institution of organ and tissue transplantation are outlined. Attention is focused on the circle of people who can be donors, and the importance of securing their rights and responsibilities is emphasized. Recommendations have been developed and proposed to improve the legal regulation of the relations under consideration: expanding the circle of living donors, improving information to citizens about the presumption of consent to organ removal after death for transplantation. | ru_RU |
